Shipping and Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Transit time to your location may vary between 2-6 business days.
We charge a small shipping fee to allow for express shipping of your order. For orders above a certain threshold the shipping is free. You will be able to see the shipping fee for your order before you pay for it.
Exchange / Return Policies
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, broken, leaking, incomplete or incorrect, please email support@thalen.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, a complimentary replacement will ordinarily be dispatched within 2 business days.
Where a replacement is unavailable, an alternative or refund will be offered in accordance with our refunds and exchanges policy page.
Sustainability
Thalen is made with nature-derived botanical extracts, responsibly sourced, in formulations that are vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Our PET bottles are made with 50% recycled plastic, chosen to reduce reliance on virgin material while remaining practical for everyday use.
Each order is packed in an outer shipping box made from recycled cardboard, keeping excess to a minimum.
For us, sustainability is not a claim of perfection, but a quieter commitment to making more thoughtful choices, product by product.
